are made from a single sheet of mono-layer or multi-layer plastic film (co-extrusions or laminates) and include a cap-in-flap hinged closure which is sealed to a breakout tip on top of a small drum shaped nozzle. They are tamper evident in that when the flap raised for opening it automatically and audibly snaps out the integral breakout tip to create an outlet aperture on a nozzle.
They can be made in almost any size that conventional tubes are made in but cost only one third (1/3) as much and may be manufactured on a Redmond modified vertical form-fill seal machine.
